Googled for garage door repair and found them locally. They immediately called me back to send a tech. Tech arrived to say it was $1200 approx, for 10 yr warranty that included all parts. Job was done in mere minutes and was presented a bill on his cell phone for over $1900. In addition to the charge shown to us, he added for more parts.

I initially questioned the cost as I found it concerning but he was adamant about the quality and warranty.

Tech at end of job sent me a text that was not in proper English or grammar, and stated his name was Janet. Upon questioning that he quickly changed the text to reflect his of John. Other concerns with the text was the $ was at the end of the cost not the beginning.

In the end, the company offered me a refund of my choice. I requested to be fully refunded. Tech then called me to argue the amount of refund and suggested I at least pay the original $1200 quoted.
