Garage door repair charge higher than quote
I initially questioned the cost as I found it concerning but he was adamant about the quality and warranty.
Tech at end of job sent me a text that was not in proper English or grammar, and stated his name was Janet. Upon questioning that he quickly changed the text to reflect his of John. Other concerns with the text was the $ was at the end of the cost not the beginning.
In the end, the company offered me a refund of my choice. I requested to be fully refunded. Tech then called me to argue the amount of refund and suggested I at least pay the original $1200 quoted.
