My fiancé came across Game Lab's ad on Facebook and forwarded it to me. I tried to get 2 of their All-in-One consoles from GameLabUSA.com. I ordered it on March 1st and they processed the order on the 2nd. They said it would take 7-15 business days, but the tracking info I was given did not update beyond Shipment information received. On March 20th, I sent an email to [email protected] asking for an update on my order. March 21st I received an email from [email protected] saying they will check with their courier on the status of my order. I requested an update 2 more times before sending one final update asking for proof that my order is on the way or I would have my bank do a charge back for the $100.97 and I report them for fraud.

I purchased 2 handheld consoles on feb 27 from gamelabusa.com for a total of $170. I received an email from [email protected] stating that the order info was received and it would take 7 days to arrive. The tracking number and order number I got in the email did not work at all. I sent an email asking what was going on and got an automated message stating that it was a shipping issue that has been solved. March 19th I got another email stating that the order info was received and that it’s on the way. I have yet to receive any product or any information that it is on the way. I sent another email asking about my order and have not received any response. After this I asked for a refund and to cancel the order and yet to get a response.
