Contacted this company to build a website based on their social media post. They refused to make a website until a business was filed and then offered to file the business. Filed the business incorrectly twice. Did not ever complete the website (over 4 months). Claimed free unlimited edits to the website but when edits were requested it would take 3-4 weeks and almost every time they would state "we need you to pay for this if you want us to make these changes". The last scam they tried to pull was stating they would not fix the LLC filing (which they filed incorrectly a second time after being given clear directives what needed to be changed) unless we paid them $1000 to provide maintenance for the LLCs that they already filed incorrectly twice. Refuse to give a refund and are fighting the refund requests from my bank and credit card company.
