I received a call today about 30 minutes ago ( 3p.m. est) from Alex Ryan with Frost Financial Bank in Cincinnati, OH he said. He said that I was being offered a $10,000 loan, but I had not applied for anything. He called from 865-770-1808. I told him I was driving and would have to call him back, he asked me about how much I earn after taxes. I was told I would not have to put up any money, two weeks ago I got a call from Chicago they in turn asked for $300 in return for the $3000.
