I placed the order and paid an expedited fee for deliver for my daughter by noon. It is 1:33pm, she didnt recieve the flowers by noon. So I called to find out what happened. They sent me an email telling me they needed more information. She wanted to know the name of the bank my card was issued from. I told her to cancel my order because they already took my money, why the heck do they need the name of my bank?? She said that my order would fall off within 24-48 hours but didnt issue me a refund. She also sounded like she was from another country which usually means a scam!
