Fresh north Co advertised a dress that looked great online. When received, it was made very cheaply, very poor quality, horrible smell and not at all something I can wear. When attempting to return the company offered me a 10% refund. I pushed and was only able to get a 20% refund or send it back and pay the shipping fee to China and pay a 15% fee to restock the item.

Their website says Charlotte North Carolina, but the dresses I ordered came straight from China. They are using someone else’s stock photos and sending completely different junk. Only offering a partial refund and saying I have to pay customs and fees to ship the dresses back to china
