I ordered merchandise that was never delivered. The merchant sent a confirmation email and tracking and said that it was delivered but it was never delivered. I have cameras and I never saw a delivery when it was supposed to be delivered. I also checked with all my neighbors and they never received anything. The merchant promised to refund my money but they never did. No services promised was delivered. No merchandise nor refund was received.

I order pants off this website Frenira.com that I had seen an add for on TikTok. They took the money out of my bank acct. they gave me a tracking number and after sometime it said delivered. I never received my order. I emailed them at [email protected] they said they’d look into it and I heard nothing back. I emailed again asking for replacement order or refund and heard nothing back from them
