There was a video advertised on TikTok showcasing jeans that were made by Levi. I purchased two pair and when I received them they were not labeled "Levi" anywhere and instead have a tag inside labeled "PWest". The quality is terrible. I reached out to the company for a refund but they have not done so. They offer discounts for their store and a small partial refund. I've expressed how I do not accept their offer and want a full refund. They ask that I return the products first (and at my expense) before giving a refund.

This company advertised Levi Cinch jeans for a discounted price. When I received the jeans, they were not Levi brand and were a cheap knockoff. I tried to obtain a refund and return label but the company would not refund unless I paid to return them in original, unopened packaging. How can you inspect an item without opening it? I ended up filing a PayPal claim and PayPal decided in my favor and I was refunded. Their website still shows brand items on it!
