This advertises an eye massager as certified by the FDA, as this amazing new break through product along with a money back guarantee. It's actually a generic eye massager with no brand name and none of the features work individually - just in a few random patterns that can't be modified. It's so disappointing! Then when I tried to get my money back, there was a catch! It had to be returned to a processing center in China! There is no mention of that in the stated guarantee! I found a couple of addresses that they use for shipping and billing here in the United States but was told it had to be returned to China! The whole thing was a scam and a nightmare! I have cancelled my credit card and am contesting the charge!
