On June 7, 2023 we placed an order for a pair of men's shoes, using a credit card that went thru a paypal account. We even paid an extra money for shipping insurance. The Order number given to us was 7853 and the company issued via e-mail a tracking number for the order. On June 23, 2020 we sent an email to Fosterry stating that we had yet to receive the shoes and that we suspected that they were a scam company. We received an email back from Fosterry with printed out tracking information showing the shoes in transit in Jamaica New York. We decided to give it a couple of days, we just checked the email tracking and it showed the shoes were delivered June, 26, 2023. We did not receive the shoes and we even checked with our local post office and they did not have them. We sent an additional email to Fosterry asking them to refund the money or find the shoes. The Tracking number is associated with YunExpress and 17Track. We do not have the shoes and would like help in resolving the matter.
