I paid for a fork and film ticket and right before my reservation they sent an email saying that the showing is canceled and you can either rebook or request a refund. I requested a refund April 3rd and have since sent 6 emails with no response.

I saw reviews for Fork and Film and decided to buy tickets for my daughter's birthday. It cost $410 for two tickets. I purchased the tickets online in March for an event that was supposed to be on May 16th at Hoku event space on Madison Street in Portland but it didn't happen. They didn't even notify me to let me know the event was cancelled. My daughter and I showed up to an empty locked building.
