Type of a scam Online Purchase

On June 29th I made a purchase on Foamma.com for the amount of $66.49. Paid through Paypal. I never received an email confirmation for my transaction. I contacted the company by phone and was told that the price was now higher than the price when I ordered. The person I spoke to asked me if I would like to pay more. I said no and asked for an email confirmation of my transaction. He confirmed my email address and said he sent my confirmation. I told him I did not receive it and he said that was my problem. He then asked me again if I would pay the increased price. I asked him what kind of business he was running. I said I would not pay more than I already had, which was the price when I placed my order. He then just told me I would have to wait for my order. He also said if I didn't receive an email that I should call him back. I called him the next day after having not received and email confirmation and he told me again he sent the email and I would have to wait for the order. I explained that I understood I would have to wait but I wanted a written confirmation of the order I paid for. I asked for a full order number, which he gave me. I then typed the order number in their website to track the order and it said that it was not a correct order number. I explained that to him and he again said I would have to wait for the order and he hung up on me. I called back and he did not answer the customer service line. I called again to the sales line and he answered. I informed him I would file a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and he told me I should go seek a therapist. When I went on to ScamPulse.com website I saw all 1 star reviews, most of which the people reviewing stating that they never received their orders and the company was a scam. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate. They will continue to con people as long as they remain in business.
