Ordered a deal on capri pants. Was sent a tracking number that always just showed as pending. After over a month I tried to contact the company via email without response. I requested a refund through Paypal and was granted it temporarily. Seems the vendor would quickly respond to Paypal inquiries and even provided tracking information showing it was delivered so Paypal retracted the refund even though I stated it was never received.

Just a note, the website states the product is made in the USA. Seems odd suddenly its being shipped from China.

Ordered item and paid through Paypal. The items never arrived. I contacted Paypal and they opened a case but closed it stating they received delivery verification from the company. The deliver confirmation was fake as well. And Paypal did not reverse my charges.

Been waiting for almost 3 months for a package that never arrived. Contacted the email address to ask where possibly they delivered to, as it was not in either of the 2 local post offices. Ever since I have just been getting the run around and demanded my refund, but they're still trying to avoid putting money back into my card.

I saw an article on capri pants on Instagram and I liked them..so I ordered them. They have given me a huge run around saying that my order was delivered when in fact it was not. I’ve demanded my money back to no avail.
