Report

This company, https://floral-garden-tkh9.brightaron.com/, advertised a large floral arrangement for the front door on Facebook. However, what was sent was two Dollar Store bouquets that were very plasticky and of substandard quality. I attempted several times to follow their refund policy by alerting them the day I received my flowers, and after multiple attempts, they are refusing to refund my money. I have filed an official ScamPulse.com case and have uploaded supporting documentation.
