I placed an order on April 30, 2026 through Shop. I never received my order and they told me it was shipped and signed for! We never received or signed for anything. That was back in June. I tried to text them, no answer. I emailed them and kept getting different answers, but basically telling me to check the status through their link, which didn’t work. It wanted me to download an app, NO!

So they finally gave in and said they would resend them. Last week I received an envelope that looked like a baby shower invitation with very tiny seeds in it, but not the seeds I ordered and not the pretty hosta or other flower bulbs. I even told them that planting season is over and I went and bought local flowers because I never received theirs, and asked for a refund and they wouldn’t answer that email at all.

This is very frustrating and illegal that they are doing this to customers.

I will fight until I get a refund!!!!
