I ordered a "duffle bag". Was sent a tracking #. After 5 weeks I received an email stating my item had been delivered. It had not. I notified their customer service and they stated they could expedite another item to be sent at no extra cost. I received an email 10 days later stating it had been delivered. It had not. I again notified their customer service and asked for a refund. They said it could take up to 25 business days to process my refund. I have communicated with them several times over the past 3 1/2 months. All I get in return is the same scripted email asking me to be patient and they are working on my refund.
