I received an EOB from Medicare showing this company had billed Medicare for catheters from August 15 to December 17,2025 in the amount of $12150.00. Medicare had approved $9144.00. I am from Ohio, have never been to Hollywood Florida, do not know of this company nor the person who was listed as ordering these supplies-Susan M. Kaufman. I have never used catheters of any kind. I reported this to the Medicare Fraud Unit. Hopefully this company will be put out of business as I just read online that they are known for doing this to Medicare Recipients. Thank you.
