I order from Flexa online two Flexa Knee Sleeves on July 1, 2026. I received email notice from Flexa with tracking information for FedEx. FedEx tracking states (WE HAVE YOUR PACKAGE, on the way to Washington DC). I contact FedEx Support: Package Not Received for order #11760; FedEx tracking number: 61290349245166575235 (FedEx says the address label has no shipper address or delivery address. So they (FedEx) cannot deliver the package and cannot return to sender. I have been calling and emailing and I have not received any response from Flexa (800-463-3339). I feel I've been scammed not only by Flexa, but (shop.app) and (FedEx). How does shop & FedEx take and confirm orders without confirming the company shipping. Note that the email received from [email protected] and my Order #11760 receipt from has my correct shipping address. This got by me because I was trusting shop.app and FedEx.
