By June 23rd we tried to reach out to them by email, as that's the only way they have for contacted them.
We received an email that it has been received and we will be getting contacted back- never did.
July 1st we got an email it had been shipped with a tracking link, which says today (August 19th) that info was received, yet it's still not moved from China. (attached)
