I saw an ad on Instagram for Articulating Plastic flags with imbedded magnets. Original cost was $24.97. I ended up paying $38.97, 37% tax. It took two months for the items to arrive. The first tracking had the items end up in San Diego. Then it stopped. I contacted PayPal to cancel the order, and all of the sudden, they were reshipping. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the ones shown in the ad. I tried to attach one to my metal door and it just slid down. The magnets were not imbedded and could not hold the weight of the material. Contacted PayPal. If I send the items back, I will get my money back. It cost $22.40 to send the items back. That is 57% of the purchase price.

Ordered a product and received track it supposedly got to the US and made it through customs, then the tracking stopped they said it was returned by customer, that it was repackaged and declared and reshipped, no tracking, no eta, kept reaching out and then they say its back in Italy, they wont refund, still no tracking info, reach out again and again, apologies excuses no answers then they claimed it was returned by customs again. Wont refund because they say it reshipped but still no tracking. More excuses and lie. Still no product
