This is a debt settlement group. They set up payments and negotiate a debt settlement. What they aren’t honest about is that they take 27% up front, so that they get paid and next to nothing goes to your creditor. You have to repeatedly talk to them about sending in more to your creditor. There are no documents they can provide from your creditor that the settlement has been accepted. When you talk to them, each person tells you something completely different. You are better off negotiating with your creditor directly. They are predatory.
