We looked online and got the address and placed the order and the items never came. Then we stupidly reordered and it happened to us again. The first order was #25303 and the second order was 5/15/26 and it was confirmed #6QV5K8R8Q and I sent an email to general [email protected] and never got an answer. I ordered a band for my fitbit watch from Fitbands.shop. I got an email that my order was received but never got any more communications. I sent 4 emails to the email available for contacting customer service with no response.
