I placed an order for “The Gunslinger Radio Strap” on 06/19/25. After many email attempts to reach fire department leather, I have received little to no response back. It wasn't until six months later, after being advised of an "8-week lead time," that I received an email stating that my order was delivered on 12/16. Come to find out that my order has in fact not been delivered but is just marked as delivered. I demanded a response to my emails with a contact phone number. If not, I would be filing a claim with my bank, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission for misleading advertising and unfair business practices. They charged me for the product, took months to make it, that's if they ever did, and then marked it as delivered. I have tried several times to get into contact with this company but they continue to ignore me.
