I purchased a bra from the ad on Instagram on May 31, 2026. I used my PayPal account for payment. The bra did not fit, and I have been trying to return it ever since it arrived in June, 2026. The return process offered to first return $3, then $6, but would not issue a return slip for a full refund. I have emailed numerous times regarding a full refund being the only acceptable amount of a refund.
