They contacted me via email for me to file my annual report with them. I paid 949.00. They emailed me back a month later saying they could not file the report and they owed me a refund. Unfortunately the card used to make the payment was closed down so I emailed them asking them to send a check. They said they were not able to. I have called the number on the website numerous times and nothing. I have been emailing with them and nothing.

I was emailed daily from this company indicating I needed to pay $174 in order to be compliant with my annual report. I am a new business and was taken advantage of and scammed by this company. I received this email counting down the days until I was compliant. I paid $174 to this company.

I paid $350 to US Filing Services on December 4 for business filing services that were advertised as including a Florida representative address, a 2025 filing, customer account access, and a 15% discount.

None of these services were delivered.

There was:

No completed filing

No valid or verifiable Florida address

No account access

The advertised discount was not honored

No working support email

No response to phone calls

After multiple attempts to contact the company, I received no response at all. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money.

Based on my experience, this company lacks transparency and accountability. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
