Order a couple Stanley mugs off here that had the World cup design on one and Argentina on the other for my wife and son for world cup. They sent me an order number and a supposed tracking number. I never saw movement after tracking it for about 2 weeks. When I contacted them, they said via email that it could take a few weeks. I let it go another week and never got any further movement on delivery. Contacted them again and they said it was out for delivery. After nothing again, I filed an initial complaint # 24964182 they contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund or the product since it had been "lost". I asked for the product as my wife and son were excited for them. They said they reshipped the product and that it could take a few weeks and here we are again and nothing. Now they have just stopped responding to my emails.
