i bought 3 bags on march 30,2025 and emailed them about 3 weeks later since they never shipped out my order. They said it would ship out before may and when it was may 10th i emailed them because it was still never shipped so i said if they dont ship out my order/confirm it then i want a refund. Emailed again after and never got a response or refund.
