I was trying to sell my house before foreclosure and contacted fast home buyers LLC (website fasthomesell.com). When the notary came for me to sign papers, the amount of money on the contract was $5000 less than the agreed upon amount. After the home inspection we did renegotiate a 10 k difference, they originally asked for the difference to be 15k but we agreed to submit to only the 10 k... Throughout the next week they called me and my parents continuing to drop the extra 5k and we refused and I requested they resend updated agreed upon figures, they did, but sent the notary with the extra 5k knocked off of my selling price hoping I wouldn't notice. I contacted them immediately (email [email protected]) and no response until midnight last night cussing me and saying they will sue me if I don't sell to them, neglecting to say anything about bringing papers for me to sign w the correct agreed upon price, just threats of being sued by them and I won't win bc they have the best lawyers in the state. Help me, idk what to do.
