LOAN AGREEMENT

This is to certify the agreement between the Lender and the Borrower, both parties agreed to all the condition governing the loan by the requested.
This loan agreement is made on the day of 3rd of March 2022 by and among The Fast Cash Loan & *** ***** ********* amount of $3,000 for the monthly installment of $150 for 23’ months, a Partnership organized under the laws of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Borrower and Lender shall collectively be known herein as “the Parties”. In determining the rights and duties of the Parties under the Loan Agreement, the entire document must be read as a whole.
LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Borrower and Lender, here by further set forth their rights and obligations to one another under the Loan Agreement and agreed to be legal bound as follows:
Loan Payment Terms:
Borrower has to pay $150 to Lender every month for the life of the loan. First payment shall be due 30-45 days from the date of execution of this agreement and continue each month on the monthly anniversary thereafter until the Loan Balance, including principle and accrued interest, is paid in full or demand for payment in full is made by Lender .In cases where a payment due Date is the 29th 30th and 31st of a month and said month contains a shorter number of days then the due date shall be the last date of the month.
Demand by Lender:
If the Client Fail to pay the total Payback amount which is $3,450 within the given period of time which is 23’months, the borrower is required to pay back in full the entire outstanding Loan Balance within 15 days of receiving a written demand from Lender or full repayment of the Loan Balance. Delivery of the written notice by Lender to Borrower via U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail shall constitute prima facie evidence of delivery.
Method of Loan Payment:
The Borrower shall make all payments called for under this loan agreement by sending check or other negotiable instrument made payable to the following individual or entity at the indicated address:

Default:
The occurrence of any of the following events shall constitute a Default by the borrower of the terms of this loan agreement:
• Borrower’s failure to pay any amount due as principle or interest on the date required under the loan agreement
• Borrower seeks an order of relief under the Federal Bankruptcy laws
• Borrower becomes insolvent
Exclusive Jurisdiction for Suit in Case of Breach:
The parties, by entering into this agreement, submit to Jurisdiction in New York, NY for adjudication of any disputes and/or claims between the parties under this agreement. Furthermore the parties hereby agree that the courts of New York, NY shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between the Party’s relatives to this agreement, whether said disputes sound in contract, tort or other areas of the law.
State Laws:
This agreement shall be interpreted under, and governed by, the Laws of the State of New York.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF and acknowledging acceptance and agreement of the foregoing, Borrower and Lender affix their signatures hereto.

• The Fast Cash Loan works under the guidelines of FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and accredited by FISCA (Financial Service Center of America), hence we are not authorized to run credit check and will never ask for any type of collateral from the clients or we shall never ask any clients to pay upfront Fee for the loan. However, as a direct lender we are authorized by the FTC to have partnership with multiple companies to check the Clients credibility before we do any transaction.
For the credibility check clients have to get one of the cards assigned by the representative and have to activate the card with the same amount as the monthly installment. For exp. if the monthly installment is $100 or $200; the clients have to activate the card with $100 or $200 respectively (which is totally refundable with the loan amount).

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
The morning of August 14, 2019, Wilson called me at 8am and informed that I had $1850.00 in my checking account and he needed me to withdraw it and to go purchase a pre-paid card at Walmart and then call him with the card information and in 5-7 days he would deposit $7000.00 into my account. I immediately when to my credit union and informed them of the conversation with Wilson.
The credit union proceeded to close the account and issue me a name password.
