Farmbox RX Wasteful

Farm Box RX sent me not just 1 box of damaged and rotten produce they sent 4. The first 2 were shipped from KS to Las Vegas NV, by fed ex. They were in route so long that the dry ice melted and the boxes were warm to touch and did I mention Produce in route for a Week does not work. There were couple things salvageable but mostly all had to be discarded the lettuces was mush as were the tomatoes and the avocadoes so soft they were black inside. So I called Farmbox RX and explained the girl was nice and helpful enough she sent me out 2 more boxes she said that weekend well 2 weeks later no boxes and the 13th day my boxes finally came. I was dreading opening them because the date sent out again was a week prior. Well I had to open and it was much of the same.. Rotten. At this point I wont order again due to the fact that its just a HUGE environmental waste of produce a slap in the face to the farmers they use, and not to mention the dry ice and plastics consumed to package the waste in. So Pass for me Forever its not worth the money or the waste to the environment. Even if it was though my insurance company in good conscious I cant support this companies nonsense

I was given an option from my Medicare Advantage to order $25 worth of food per month. From the list, I chose Farmbox Direct and ordered a $42 box of produce. Shipment arrived and was not as expected (very little produce). Disappointed and scammed by them.
