This is a horrible company they place their customer service numbers on actual airline websites and when you goto the website ie American or frontier or united and use the number on that site you are actually calling this company whom will pretend to be a representative of the airline. In my case I needed a simple name change. NICO was the rep that claimed to be an American Airlines rep. He then proceeded to charge me 200 dollars for a name change miss spelling of my name on the ticket said he would have to reissue a new ticket and I wld have to pay the difference. Promised emailed new ticket boarding pass I received nothing and when I arrived for my flight and spoke to the counter I found out that THEY DO NOT CHARGE FOR THAT! I have my lawyer looking into this and as well filed a compliant with BBB. I thought I was speaking with American Airlines Rep the number was on their website. Then you are rerouted to this company whom lies and says there are other mistakes with your ticket and there is not.
