Recently, I went to the website on 3/20/18 to book my reservation to San Francisco and wanted to redeem my voucher worth $346.00. So, I called the company and wanted to speak with the representative to help me with the voucher and book my flight. The representative told me that the voucher I have cannot be found in their system. Therefore, it is invalid or expired when I have not use it at all yet. Thus, the representative told me that the person who helped me before is longer working. Therefore, the representative could not help with the voucher that I am redeeming. Then, they hung up the phone. When I tried to call them back, they kept disconnecting me since they have caller ID or block my number.
