The website Fanyil.com advertises a very nice-looking "non-lead crystal decanter" that in actuality is a plain brown glass bottle with a decal on the front and the back. The ad makes the bottle appear to be a 750ml but it's only 350ml and again, NOT CRYSTAL. The stopper received is also very plain compared to the ornate stopper shown in the pictures. I lost $166.97 on this order.

The decanter had "We The People 250" year birthday with an order summary of "Fanyil We The People 250" × 3 costing $105.98 from Fanyil.com. These decanters do not look like the ones pictured on their website (i.e. no Liberty Bell style stopper on top, no thick display-grade crystal, poor quality glass, etc.). Also, "We the People" is not deeply embossed on the decanter and the portraits of Washington & Hamilton are not flanking the out sides of the decanter as advertised, but on a cheap sticker. Overall, I was very disappointed with this decanter, false advertising, deceiving pictures, and small size. I asked for a full refund ($105.98) and a free return shipping label. They said I would have to pay for restocking/shipping back to China at a cost of $50-$80 dollars. I was willing to pay the shipping cost back to a US address, but they said it had to go back to a China address for a refund and offered $20 to help pay the shipping back to China. I refused and this is still an resolved dispute.

Upon seeing an ad for a beautiful Commemorative United States of America 250th Anniversary Whiskey Decanter, I went to the website Fanyil.com per the ad and ordered it. What I received was a product that was not even close to the product pictures on the website. It was a very deceiving ad. When requesting to return the item for a refund I was offered to accept $8.00 and to return the product to an address in China for $50-$80 when the shipping label is from a warehouse in Illinois. My address being in Wisconsin.

I saw several TV commercials for a robot bunny from Fenyil, then I saw a Facebook ad to which I responded & ordered the bunny online charging $33.98 to my Visa credit card through PayPal. A package arrived today, 03.27.2025 containing a small bunny with almost no padding so one can beel the boxy mechanism in the center of the rabbit. It looks like the bunny in the ad after a terrible wasting disease.It is in no way satisfactory given the expectations raised in the ads

The item look so cute on line and I found that I could order from amazon this place never sent me a email about my order but took my money I can't fine the number from them. the only reason I found what state is thought the card service I use. and when I try to fine the information I saw where several had put up post about the website is a scam. don't buy from this company and the name my card service gave me was diffent name.
