This has been reoccurring, first notice I called the "800" and the man wanted access to personal cell phone and I was told to download an app for him to gain control of phone info, when I called the bank and told them of the attempted charges the bank had no clue what was going on. This has been happening now for about a month. I have forwarded copies of the fake email to pay pal with no help. I have deleted my pay pal account which I had only used one time for daughter to transfer money and never again. Somehow thru pay pal my personal information was released by them including my debit card info.
