Type of a scam Online Purchase
I order Heirloom Perennials Climbing Rose Seeds- 3 orders of different colors. The payment was through PayPal. I started getting emails from the Family Mart Pro company stating that my parcel status has been updated with a tracking number being shipped from Portugal. I received at least 4 of those type of emails with an email to contact if I had any questions. Then I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered, but the delivery address was not mine. It wasn't even in my state. I contacted them via email and I was told that I should contact my neighbors or the post office to see if they had my parcel. I told them at that point that I was not going to contact anyone since it was not even delivered to my address or state. This communication when back and forth for another 4 emails updating my status giving me an new tracking number and saying that it was being cleared by customs. They then sent me another email stating that my parcel was delivered to my correct address, which of course it wasn't. Then the same BS for me to contact my neighbors and the post office. I told them I was going to contact the ScamPulse.com if they did not refund my money to me in several different emails, but no refund was ever sent. I was scammed out of $78.71.
