- Bethel Park, PA, USA

called from 1-866-882-7010 said they needed more information for my loan application. I have not applied for any loans. Left another number to call back. Blocked call and deleted

- Pittsburgh, PA, USA

They call 20 times a day saying we have to pay our loan and we don’t have a loan. They use several different numbers also. It’s got to stop

- Pembroke, GA, USA

Scammer attempted to say i was approved for a $5000 loan from a company called max lend. However his email is from a gmail act ([email protected]) and said you can be approved for with 1 dollar in your bank act. Paying back 147 a month for 36 months. The link goes to a bogus website called Loan Hub in which they want you to put ij your bank card and personal information and apparently it is not an official loan document. It goes to a transunion page and will charge you for services. The 3 bars on the right hand side of the bogus website cant even be clicked on for menu options. It was copied and pasted in a word document to appear real. They did a horrible job in trying to execute this fraudulent scam. He was rushing me and i confronted him about it. The phone number goes back to them and they will answer the phone by hello. They appear to be from another country or either theyre foreigners in the us working together. You can hear others in the background doing the same thing. Making cold calls to innocent people attempting to scam them. They dont even ask the appropiate financial questions for final approvals. They’re main concern is for you to expeditiously give yiur card information. Not bank infor as most lenders get, but your card info. Word of wisdom. Please apply for loans at an approved ScamPulse.com financial institution. Or your bank. If it sounds to good to be true, it isnt! Never let any i ne rush you into anything without doing the proper research. I was smart enough to play along with them just to find out who they really are. If you recieve a solicitation by email, always check the exact email its coming from. If its a gmail, yahoo, microsoft email, and not a ln official domain, run away, block them, and report them.

Many older people who may not know better are being robbed and it break my heart that this is happening.

I was initially contacted by them via email which was [email protected], telling me to compete an online form to proceed through the lending through their website, https://advanceamericas.online/, to get verified information and then get completed banking loan terms and condition. After providing the information required of me, I was provided with a follow up email from them stating the requested terms from me have been approved. I have provided the screenshot of the email. After all of this was done, a text conversation started and the instructions started coming in. I was told via text that they would send me money and that I was supposed to the money to a Walmart money card, to conform that I was a real person and that I am a trusted person. After doing this once, I consulted with a friend if this behavior was normal when borrowing money from a bank. I was then told it wasn't and then we started to look online if the bank was a legitimate business. That's when we found the real bank with the website https://www.advanceamerica.net/.

Scammers left this message: Hey, this is Marchus with the ifnancial hardship department. I'm not sure if you've spoken to an assigned agent yet regarding our hardship program but I do see that you're approved for a hardship loan for up to $37,000. What I'm going to do is keep this in a pending status and if you have about five minutes today to go ahead and give me acall back so we can go over the details. My number is 209-706-1985, but anyone can help you out in case I am busy. I hope this helps. Will talk to you soon.
