We booked tickets with DELTA AIRLINES. They said we needed to contact Latam to confirm the seats. Delta provided Latam's number, and we confirmed the seats (apparently) with LATAM. Since we are traveling with our pet, we had to call again to reconfirm the information. What a surprise and disappointment that LATAM said there was no such transaction. We looked for the receipt and discovered we never talked to LATAM, we had dealt with Airline Supports. We do not understand how we ended up there. Why did Delta provide their number, or was the call intercepted by this company called Airlines Supports? It got worse when we discovered that this fake LATAM was charging us double the price LATAM confirmed during the last call for the seats. We had to call the credit card company to report the scam.
