Person posed as Staff Sergeant in the Army and First Proposed Marriage. Then claimed to have lost both parents at an early age! Then professed her Love and Admiration! Then slowly requested Apple Gift Cards to pay for upcoming Birthday Party. Then claimed to want to come and visit me only to have claimed that the Gift Cards were not good as a diversion to try and defraud the Credit Card Company to believe that the Gift Cards were Bad. Always trying to come up with some elaborate scheme to get more pity for necessity of more Apple Gift Cards to cover monthly expenses!

Ad on facebook for retractable rachet strap. Advertised it was easy to use retacted with push of button came with bag for storage. What was sent to me was plain rachet straps I could have purchased at homedept for $3.00. Very disappointing, came after christmas. Want a refund.

On 12/7/24 I ordered a couple products from Kiddo Space. After placing the order, the confirmation stated it could take up to 21 business days. At the first of January, I started inquiring about the order. I was sent "tracking" information that seems to be a fake tracking site. My order supposedly arrived to the U.S. on 12/22 from China. It was in customs for days. It was supposedly released from customs on 12/24. It took more than two weeks for another "update". It was updated for 1/10/25 that it was with a USPS facility in North Houston, TX. Since then various "updates" that it has been delayed but is on its way. That was two weeks ago. I know USPS is slow; but it is not that slow to get from TX to Knoxville, TN. I have emailed and FB Message and keep getting "we're sorry, we are doing everything we can, etc." I checked the tracking number I was given in the USPS tracking system and it came up for COVID tests. I let Kiddo Space know that and they said that was an internal tracking number. I asked for the USPS tracking number and have never been given one. I was told they would look into that with no response. That was a week ago. I let them know I would report this to the ScamPulse.com and the TN Dept of Commerce. They claim to have excellent reviews. I imagine that is from family and friends. As of 1/24/25, I still don't have my package. We sold our house and moved a couple days ago, so I doubt I will ever get it.

I ordered a pull over hoodie for a total of $29.68 from BeUnitedWithUs.com. The deduction from my bank account was ComfyCoutureCove. Have notified my bank in reference to Fraud company.

The scammer( I have a laptop/ Microsoft, locked my laptop.) I'm thinking it was Microsoft, Not, now.) They took over my laptop! Something about IP have viruses. Waited for awhile, while they scamming my laptop(they in control). Soon as it was scamming, my laptop was looking at me!!, recording. They on asking how much i have in my bank account. I'm asking him, what that's has to do with my my Microsoft . I thought I was in trouble, Something about Porn site., (REALLY) NO. Also was asking do i order off my laptop(NO DON'T TRUST THAT). THEY HUNG UP AFTER 20 MINUTES. I CALL BACK, AND WAS TOLD NOT TO CALL BACK. THAT WAS REALLY STRANGE, TOOK ME BY SURPRISE. *** ******

On 11-24-24 I placed an order, and since, numerous emails asking where merchandise was. Response always is it’s coming. They claim it was delivered on 1-06-25 by USPS. I have a mailbox that is key access only. I went to post office and they confirmed the tracking number is not valid. I went to post office twice to reconfirm. I’ve contacted my credit card company and reported the scam to Facebook today. I also googled this company name and a person from Esty said the artwork was stolen. They are using other artists work to create phony company. See below:

This website is nothing short of a fraudulent operation that shamelessly steals and copies designs from hardworking creators on Etsy, including myself and hundreds of other Etsy stores. They have blatantly stolen my original designs, which I painstakingly created, and are selling them without my permission. Despite reaching out to them and providing indisputable proof of my ownership, they have ignored my pleas.

The company said they shipped my item. The tracking number showed that my item was delivered to an address over 100 miles from my home. They said there was a discrepancy with my address and they would

get it corrected. I did not hear back from them until I opened a dispute with American Express. I have been fighting with American Express over this. VIB07 keeps sending them verification of delivery to my address but the tracking number shows it was delivered elsewhere. I see the same complaints being made from others who paid for but never received the item. They are nothing but thieves.

He advertised and showed his work on Facebook. I read reviews and no mention of any wrong doing. Ordered and prepaid for a ring as a Christmas gift for my son on May 1st, 2024. Messaged him several times throughout Nov and Dec. He would never tell me how he was sending it nor when. Contacted him again in January. At least 15 other people have also been scammed for money. When he gets what he wants he blocks you. His business is still up and he is still offering to make people special orders. He needs to be fined and shut down

Ad was on Facebook and advertised it was a legit company 32 degrees. Followed link as I have purchased from them before. I shopped the clearance they advertised on a replica of the true company. When I went to check out. I tried to log in and they said no account found so I signed up and checked out. It would not let me use PayPal. It kept going back to checkout. So I fell for it and used my debt card.

Never received any email confirmation. And upon closing the page I noticed it said softwhimsey.com I of coarse called my bank right away.

A "friend" on ******** posted that she was selling a lot of items belonging to her father to help pay for expenses they would accrue for him being in assisted living. After lots of conversation back and forth on ******** Messenger, I paid a deposit of $500 via Zelle / Chase Bank for a Honda 7000 Generator. Days later, I actually speak with the lady, and she informed me she had been hacked on ******** and that she was NOT selling anything, and that her father had been passed away for over 20 years. She has been blocked on ******** and unable to delete the post or warn others about it. Because I sent the money via Zelle, I think it's "undisputable". I don't know the real person behind the hacked ******** page, but it is NOT ******. I'm located in West Monroe, Louisiana

I purchased their product online through Facebook. They sent me a receipt that I had paid them $29.98. However, they charged my credit card $61.76. I have since cancelled the order and the credit card.

I befriended this person who was claiming to be Jaire Alexander. He wormed his way into my life and I sent him $2500.00 worth of Apple gift cards believing it was really him. The first one was for a supposed fan card, and then others were for his personal use. I received nothing!!!

FB post using a friends FB that was hacked. Posted selling a 2011 Toyota Camry for $2k. I became suspicious when they kept pressing for the rest of the money and only responded by messenger. I know the person who was hacked so I contacted her by text. That’s when she told me it was a scam.

I ordered a phone case from the business by clicking on their ad in Facebook. I made the payment via paypal and when the package arrived, it was packaging only and was empty. I never received the phone case that I ordered.

I order from the website because it said it woukd be shipped from Ft. WORTH TX. Once i received an email with tracking number is when i found out it was coming from China. I emailed back and forth several times with them and they said it was on the way. I checked today 1/15/25 and my order and tracking number no longer exist. Original order placed 12/13/24

Searching for a rental home on Facebook. I saw the home, 121 Champion Creek Cove, Belton, TX 76513. I messaged the person on Facebook to see the home. The person said to message his phone at +1 (214) 639-5557. I did and schedule a viewing on Sunday 1/12/25 at 2:30. I was told the code to view the house when I arrived to location. Once we viewed the home we asked for an application to apply to rent the home. I applied for the application on this website https://form.jotform.com/243517087510454.

The application fee per person was $75 dollar I was given multiple formats to pay which were cash, Zelle, cash app, PayPal. I chose Zella and paid for 150$. I was told i would have to send the 850$ deposit to confirm and save the home for us. I did not feel comfortable on sending that till I sign the Contract and have keys in my hands. He said to go to the home and take the keys at that moment or in the morning. I did not feel comfortable. The following day He sent me the contract through this email which was his secretary - [email protected] I sent the contract information to my sister in law and brother in law and told te this was a scam. Do not send any more money to these people.

After ordering several outfits on 6/4/24 which had an ETA from June to Sept, I still hadn’t gotten my order on 9/26/24. Several items were Halloween and fall items that I needed for Oct with an ETA of June/Aug. I reached out via email, and they were very responsive at first. They said shipments were late but should be out soon. I also inquired about outfits that were ready to ship. I did not get an answer. I followed up the next day. No response. I followed up 4 days later asking if I needed to file a PayPal claim. She stated several of my items would be shipped that day, 10/1/24. I asked about the items that should’ve been ready to ship in June again. No direct response. 10/8/24 I asked if my items shipped. No response. 10/13/24 I asked that my order be partially refunded. No response. I filed a claim with my credit card company to get a refund as I felt I was being scammed. 10/27/24 I got a notification a shipping label had been created. I emailed saying I didn’t need the Halloween clothing items at that point and did not want them shipped, but a refund was needed since their ETAs were June and August, and it was now almost Nov. I did get fully refunded through my credit card company but this shop is likely still scamming people and using them as a loan service? Or hoping they forget about their orders over the months and just keep their money. They removed all posts on their Facebook page where customers were asking about their orders.
