Type of a scam Online Purchase
I placed the order over the phone with a person named Tina and I got a $40 discount on the sunglasses that I ordered, TOM FORD model INGRID TF163 color 48F, for a price of $258,49.
After I hung up the phone I got a charge on my credit card of $295,44.
I called back and the only lady who ever picks up the phone here, Tina, told me that it was because I had to pay $40 dollars for international shipping, and she did not tell me anything before because I didn't tell her it was an international order.
But I had to give her my shipping address, which is in SPAIN!!!!
Since placing the order I have been chasing this company via e-mail regarding the shipment of my glasses.
I received a tracking number for USPS, but when I go online to track this item, it does not let me do it because the company only created a shipment advice, but never gave any package to the US Post Office.
I wrote them back saying that I would open an internet crime complaint agaist them, and since then have received no feedback from eyewearorders.
I have been robbed of $295,44.
