I received an ad for Dryer Vent Cleaning for $89.00 from Extreme Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning. I logged onto their website and booked an appointment. When the workers showed up to complete the job, he stated the $89.00 was only for a basic cleaning and I needed a deep cleaning which was an additional $189.00, increasing the cost to triple what the ad stated. I called the manager at 832-699-0866 and told him my concerns. He was not concerned, nor did he care at all. From his response I could tell that this is a common call he receives. I have attached a copy of their advertisement, and as you can see nowhere on this ad does it state this is only for a "Basic" cleaning. I want other to be warned to stay away from this company and their deceptive advertising techniques.
