I have documentation to everything that I did for them I received a what was shipped in it stuff like that and also have pictures

(Working from home) Tracking all incoming packages for an estimated delivery date through the shipping carrier's website simply by clicking the tracking number on your dashboard. On 10/11/2018 I started working for this company: Express Packing And Handling LLC (EIN: 27-0422876) I never got paid for my services, which was stated in my employment agreement $500/wkly before taxes. I filled out a direct deposit and W-4 form. They never deposited any money in my account. I was never informed by the company that my services were no longer needed. My job description was to deliver packages to the nearest USPS, UPS & FedEx location. They had me create an account with the dashboard that the use to keep track of all the incoming and outgoing shipping packages that I had to log in once my task was complete. On 11/29/2018 I went to log in on my dashboard to check for packages, it was deleted. I called Mr. Henry Garger on his direct line and left several messages and emails explaining the situation and also about not getting paid. He never returned any of my calls and or responded to any of my emails. I kept and printed out all copies of the emails from Mr. Garger giving the full description and details about the position and the weekly pay of $500. This is their way of getting and using all of your personal information.

I got reached out to via email but a woman named Esther from a company called Express Packing and Shipping saying they wanted me to fill out an application so I did, and they gave me an interview over the phone basically explaining the job. I was up for it because it seemed like a very good job they offered a salary base of 3100 per month plus bonuses. I was email by this other lady named Tamara Hicks and she was supposed to be my manager, and the job was supposed to be receiving and shipping packages of merchandise all right from your own home. And so then give you a username and password for their site to use their panel and control all outgoing and incoming packages. I did receive a few packages of nice expensive things like iPad and power tools all brand new things. But none were ever addressed in my name, they just came to my address with someone else’s name. They said the first month of the job was a probation period to see if you were a good fit for the job so I waited out the month and that’s when you would get paid was a month later into working. So it’s my last trial day and I am no longer able to log into my user panel, I am not able to get into contact with the manager. I email the the company and their email address is invalid? All this happens on the day I’m expecting to get paid or told something about my position in that company. They come off very like professional but I believe it’s a scam in some way they involves them either taking other people’s money or things or ordering stuff off of people’s credit cards. I don’t know for sure but all I know is I was expecting that to be my job and it was until it was suddenly like a nonexistent job or company. They have a website and everything seemed legit but i just wanted to warn other people out there wasting their time because this whole month I was out of money just waiting and depending on this opportunity, and it all disappeared for me. I could have gotten another job in that amount of time.

ITS A FELONY

Daughter found this job posting on Indeed and passed it on to consumer. Consumer said it was a simple application, it was easy to fill out. It didn't take more than 5 minutes. Once she filled it out the next morning someone called her and said she was hired.

The job pays $4,000 a month - they via paypal or check or western union

To get hired the person must provide person info such as social security and drivers licence. They business sent her an employment agreement which she had to sign.

The job was that they send you packages, you open the packages and make sure it is not broken then you repackage and ship overseas

This “company” sends you an email with information about a work from home job checking packages for international shipping. They have their Human Resources contact you through email, and by phone for an employment interview. All other contact is through email, except the employment interview, which isn’t even an interview they tell you about the position of “team assistant” and tell you how everything works and ask you to sign their employment agreement. They send you the agreement via docusign, which you add your information and sign the document. So they have all of your personal information. Every thing they send looks legitimate but it isn’t. It is a scam. They start sending you other peoples packages to check against the invoice in the box for damages and such. As soon as you ask information about the company they quit replying to your emails. All the people from the company sound foreign, which I understand isn’t a big deal and I’m not discriminatory but they barely speak English. This company is fake, and by time you’re done they have every bit of your personal information.

I got a call saying I have a job which I need to ship and the monthly pay would be 3100. They preten as if they have job but if I Google can't find. They send emails using gmail asking to receive shipping and send the package. When i receive package my address will be used but some one else name on each shipping. Later when I ship that package they will totally give different address which is 1000's miles away USA address. I said I am not going g to ship. Please stop these fraud guys.

I was seeking part-time employment to earn extra spending money. I applied for a "Team Assistant" job and was contacted immediately. Offered me $3,100 a month salary and a bonus of $75 for the first 5 packages shipped in a timely manner. I was informed that I would receive 10 to 15 packages a week to check their packing slips to the product and check for any damage and then slap on the new label they provide and ship out. I checked their web site and it looked legit. Their employment application seemed very legit as well. I checked their address given in the email and part of the address looks to be a professional business building. The other part of their address does not exist. I spoke with the HR lady that supposedly represents this company and she was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. Everything seems on the up and up. I decided to check the BBB and see if there were any complaints with similar companies and sure enough there are. The lady said they would be sending out 2 to 3 packages within a week. Not sure if I can believe the legality of the business. So is this company legit or is this a scam?

I was checking my email when I received an email from a man named Luis Estabell saying they received my resume and to apply for a team assistant position so I did and i started checking out their website to see if it was a real job and it looked real. Then the next day I was email from a HR email address saying that i need at do I phone interview and i did and i talked to a woman so I thought this is a real company because she talked about the position and the company that been open since 2006 and me receiveing package and repacking and shipping them and that they work with FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS and shipping out of the country . The next day I got a email saying I got the job and wait for my supervisor to contact me via phone and email and to sign the work agreement and a photo of my ID with the last four numbers cover. Two days goes by when I received an email from a woman named Wendy Reed saying she is my personal manager and that she will call me the following day between 10 am anf 7 pm but her email and had a couple of grammar and spelling errors so I decided to learn more about this company since i worked with other work from home jobs before and something felt off, so i started to research that company again and found nothing about the company on Google, Bing or facebook. Then i came across articles about reshipping fraud and people getting in trouble with the police for doing the job. So i call the numbers they provided and got no answer from "my manager" then i called HR and i talked to a woman but she she didn't say the name of the company she just said this is HR and how can I help up today. My next step was to look up the phone numbers they provided and one of numbers was registered to a man named John Yi and the other had no results. Three days later I got the call and she said her name was Wendy and to call if I have any questions about the job. So I think this might be a scam i really dont know i just don't want to get in trouble or become a accessory to a crime that i was unaware of.
