Scam. Do NOT use them. Was charged 80.00 mail never forwarded. Scam, site looks legit, number 1 on google search, never answers calls or emails. They flat out scammed me and I am pissed. Go to USPS website, only 1$ to forward mail.

I wanted to change my address since I just got married and wanted to get mail at mine and my husbands house asap. So I googles USPS and the first thing I saw and assumed was where I could make that change was express address change. They charged me $79.95 and I immediately asked for a refund. A couple of days later I both called and emailed again. No answer. Then just a few days ago, I get an email stating that my request for the change was processed. Needless to say I was so upset. I don't know if this means I'm out of $80 or if I could somehow get it back. Please don't try this site. Go to the post office yourself, its FREE! I should have done that but I didn't want to wait!

I thought this website represented the Post Office. I thought it was weird that they asked for a debit card but I figured it was for ID purposes. Then, I was charged $79.95 which is described ONLY in small print at the bottom of a website page. This is a scam, not only did they tout a refund (which I never got) but they NEVER even changed my address! They got my NAME WRONG and I had to go to the Post Office to straighten the mess out and do the whole thing all over myself ... FOR FREE! Aye, what a mess! NO REFUND YET, EITHER!

I did a Google search for USPS Change Of Address. The very first result in the search is what I clicked on, it was an ad. I assumed it was USPS. It is actually a Scam website posing as USPS. I entered in all my information plus a credit card (USPS usually charges $2 for this service). I was sent via mail what looked like a change of address notice, when I opened it my new address was not listed and it was just an advertisement for streaming services, but it did look official. My address was not changed, my mail was not forwarded. I checked my credit card and found I was charged $89.95 by Change-To USMAIL Online 888-2503797 IL. Since this was listed as an AD in Google I did not think this was fake, it seemed real. I am disputing this with my bank and I was told this has become a very common scam.

They set up their site to perfectly mimic the USPS website(https://expressaddresschange.us/) and charge $80 for an address change that they never actually perform. I call customer service and they answered with an automated voice and I was able to cancel and they said they initiated the refund but nothing has changed. I disputed the transaction but I don't know how this will get solved.

This is a fake USPS change of address website. They appear to be an official website, but then con customers into paying $80.00 for their "express change of address" service. When I tried to contact them to issue a refund, both via email and phone, an automated response is given and no one will contact me directly. This "service" is illegitimate and needs to be shut down before more people get duped.

I googled USPS Address Change and the first site that came up was Express Change of Address. I mistakenly assumed it was the USPS because of the colors, logo and branding the website used. It was intentionally designed in a way to mislead people into completing the change of address with them, and requests credit card information before you submit. I have done a change of address with USPS before and there is a very small fee associated with it (usually $10 or less), so I was not surprised by the eCommerce page. After I entered the credit card, and hit submit, I was charged 79.95 instantly on my card. Within a minute I submitted a request via email to cancel the request and realized it was not the USPS website. I called the number, and was give a recorded robot generated voice message in which I was asked to leave a message and someone would contact me. I received an email back shortly after my email request that stated the request had already been processed, but this is all the benefits you are getting. This was all within minutes of me completing their online form. I have since tried calling over and over and sent multiple emails, with absolutely no reply. This company is a scam to the absolute fullest. I have not been refunded and I have not had anyone contact me. I am submitting my credit card as compromised as a preventative measure to prevent further chargers, or fraudulent activity. I have added a photo of the website that mimics the USPS branding.

I was trying to change my business address and put in USPS address change and this website popped up. I didn't even thing it was anything other than the post office and proceeded to change my address. I called my local post office to ask why I was charged $60 for this service and they told me it was only $1.06 and that is when I realized this was a scam. I tried emailing the company and calling with no response back. I told them I would take further action if my charges were not reversed and I still have not heard back from them

Same as moves of the complaints above. I was charged $60 for change of address and forwarding mail to the new address. I moved before and used USPS, and was not charged that much. It was too late when I realized I went to the wrong website. This is a scam.

I googled Change of Address and the first page that it shows was the scammer website. When you opened that, it says change your address with USPS.

I googled USPS address change and this was the first entry, but they are not USPS at all. They hide an explanation of a fee at the bottom of their website (below the "accept" and "submit" buttons), do not make it readily apparent that they are charging $60 for an address change, and look enough like USPS to be mistaken for them. They are not USPS and will charge you $60 for a "change of address" which is not legitimate.

This website claims to be the postal service change of address website. They charge $60.00, claiming to change your address. The USPS charges $1.00 to change your address. I am not sure yet if my address has even been changed with the USPS,

My boyfriend and I are moving from Charlotte to Asheville and I googled how to change my address online instead of filling one out at the Post Office. I clicked on this site and it looked like the USPS site so I didn't think anything of it. Once I put in my card information and processed the request, I started to fill out the form for my boyfriend and I saw that they were charging me $60 to change my address. I went and looked at my bank account and saw the charge on there. I know on the actual USPS website it only costs $1.05 to change your address. I immediately emailed the company saying I wanted my request cancelled and refunded. They emailed back almost immediately, saying my request had already been processed. I am in the process of moving, plus had COVID a week ago and I cannot afford this $60 charge since I had to miss 2 weeks of work due to being sick.

I tried to forward my mail online and was tricked by this imposter website. I thought I was on the USPS website. This website was designed to mimic and fool people into thinking they are changing their address on the USPS site. I entered my debit card number and didn't realize it was strange until after they charged me $39.95. My mail was never forwarded to the new address.

When looking for the USPS website to change my address I clicked on this site, I clicked on the page because it said USPS change of address.. I then realized after putting in all of my credit card information it charged my account $39.95 which should have only been $1

I was looking to quickly change my address, as I have many times before, on the USPS site. I typed USPS change of address in Google and clicked on the first link at the top of the page. Everything looked good and I filled everything out accordingly.. including my credit card. I was then charged $40 for my change of address which alerted me that this was fake. I tried all of the websites contact information and could not get in touch with anyone regarding a refund. I canceled my card and am hoping nothing bad happens with the information they have from me.
