I am filing this scam complaint on behalf of some dear people to me. Sadly, after much research and investigation into this falsely displayed "timeshare" escrow company, I've discovered that it's a scam, a fake, with multiple individuals using pseudonames to convince their victims of legitimate escrow support for selling timeshares etc. The wire transfers took place in Mexico, of course no traceability, to different locations for sender to receive, again for non traceability. I warn anyone being contacted by this company, DO NOT reply, respond, contact these wicked people, who scam innocent people out of $$. I will post the information of the "contact" info they shared, ironically different from an earlier post on this same company, they have listed a pseudoname of "Robert Wilson", yet, when contacting the people I know, they used different names. Which confirms my investigation, these are [censored] scammers. Thank you. This contact info is most likely fake, but will at least warn others if they use these titles etc.

I was called by a women named Elizabeth Martinez who works with Business financial solutions. She knew about every detail about my timeshare that I purchased in the Dominican Republic. She then told me that man by the name of Robert Wilson, who works as an escrow officer Expert Title services will be working with a buyer in Mexico. Apparently they have a buyer in Mexico who rents out your weeks for a large amount of money. They make you sign a contract that looks legitimate, and they send you paper work that has apparently your money sitting in a Mexican account, who apparently Robert Wilson has access to. The fees start to pile up, First we needed a temporary Mexican tax Id which we wired 4,500 dollars to Mexico then came another fee for 3,800 then 6,500 for boarder taxes. Every time we sent the money they promised that the following Friday we would receive our funds deposited into our account. It never happened. I called them they transferred me to a highly intelligent man who knew how to pursued you and used the contract that we were binding it and how they were going to get their attorney's involved. They wanted me to pay an additional 7,800 dollars but this time the wiring instructions were now sent to Cancun Mexico and to a different person. So i saw the red flags and did not wire any more funds. I told them that my husband was completely disabled and that i was liquating all our funds for this transactions. They do not care about anyone but themselves. So I found out that they used to go by Business Solutions same address just it was a different floor. I informed the FBI about both companies, I wrote a letter to Mr. President Biden to inform him of Timeshare scammers who are located in Mexico and setting up bogus companies here in The United States and scamming millions of Americans out of thousands of dollars. i was scammed out of 15,000 dollars. Knowing that we have this pandemic and so many Americans are losing their jobs and homes and know we have to worry about people having access to our timeshare records and scamming us with or own timeshare. I hope that The United States can put an end to this timeshare fraud and allowing wire transfer into their county. I hope that these people are apprehended and put to justice because if not they will close this company down and open up another one.

Approached by Mr. Levin to sell a vacation membership we own in Puerto Vallarteta, Mexico (apologies about the spelling). Mr. Levin new the firm the membership was with but had the particular property incorrect. I have had the same membership list on Sell My Time share.Com for some time for less money.

They sent a "Guaranteed Escrow Purchase Contract". Looks impressive. Tried to confirm the legitimacy of the firm and the individuals signing this contract and can find no record on Google, Facebook, or Likedin. The only website is their own. I am uncomfortable. I note the ScamPulse.com has a Scam note recorded for these folks. I am not proceeding.
