Type of a scam Travel/Vacation/Timeshare

I was approached by Frank Gillis to sell my timeshare to a buyer he had in Mexico for $35,000. I initialed a proposal agreement that looked like it could be legitimate, but was very basic. I investigated the website he provided, www.expectrealtyinc.com and it was a valid website. Although an independent search showed that the website had only be active for 2 months. I continued to speak with Mr. Frank Gillis via phone and email regarding his buyer's interest. He contacted me to say my information had been verified and that the next step was that the escrow account would be set up in my name and I would be contacted by Jerry Mateny, from First Escrow One from the number 816-301-6324. I researched First Escrow One, there is a operating website and all the phone numbers go to voicemail. I will be ceasing any additional contact with this group but wanted to report them based on the suspiciousness of the websites and phone numbers. The other ScamPulse.com complaints helped me tremendously and I know now that, this too, was "too good to be true". I hope that others will benefit from my reporting it as well.
