home Depot site sent me an offer to give out MAKITA drill set for answering their survey, after the survey they wanted to charge $5 dollars for shipping fee, which was reasonable. after filling out the credit card info, above company enrolled me into their service. for monthly fee.

they also had a another service called bite HUB customer service which also charged monthly fee of $ 59.89
