Locksmith quoted $450 then dropped price to $100
Received a call 40 minutes later to be told he would arrive in 8 minutes.
When he arrived he said it will take me 5 minutes to open your door he said for $450.00. I told him my husband can drive home and open the door. I was asked how much did you want to pay? I said for 5-10 minutes of your time no more than $100.00.
He said he would call his supervisor and I told him not to bother. I received 3 phone calls after the price went from $450.00 to $180.00 then $100.00 by that time I felt like I had sucker written on my forehead and told them NO!
I couldn't believe the scam they had going on. The drivers supervisor said he was sorry I couldn't afford it and my response was it's not affordability; It's a scamming that I will not allow to happen to me and if I can help others, that's what I plan to do.
This business shouldn't have a business license.
