Voicemail says along the lines of "Evelyn" telling you all about her valiant attempts to follow up with you, leaving voicemails and text messages, but alas, she hasn't heard back. She wants to let you know that things are going well with your loan application, she just needs a few details like income information and address confirmation to wrap things up. If you don't, your loan approval will expire. It often spoofs other numbers, so it appears a person with an actual name is calling.
