I ordered the "Sophia/Off Shoulder Denim Jumpsuit" on April 21, 2026. I had received communication that it was received and was shipped with estimated delivery to USA 6-12 business days. When I tried to track order, YT2611200706743062, got message that connection not private and may be impersonating website. I reached out via email about status where initial responses were shipping related. I sent last message well over a week ago and have not received any response to date.

I purchased 2 clothing items from an online Boutique Store one was $74.95 the other was $69.95. The order arrived and the items were NOT near what was shown in the pictures. They stated all over the website that they do easy returns. I reached out and was told I had to send multiple pictures of the items, which I did. Then I was told because the items were considered "on sale" I couldn't return nor exchange them. I have well over a dozen emails back and forth trying to make a deal persay to recover anything from this transaction with no avail. Now the companies website is no longer even working and I cannot reach them. I know I am out over $150 and can now see MANY complaints about this Company which I wish I would have investigated beforehand.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This company is the BIGGEST rip'off! I purchased approximately $153.00 worth of items thinking they were in the US. However, it took a while to arrive and when the items were received it was poorly made. I reached out with an attempt to return the items and get a full refund as stated in their policy, and they claimed they can only return 10% and I could keep the clothing. I can’t do nothing with their cheaply made items. They got me. Please be careful and DO NOT purchase from them. Use ScamPulse.com when purchasing from these online companies.

Company claims to be a boutique in Nantucket when it ships from and produces their products from China. The quality is low and does not look anything like the photos. This is a scam and they will argue and refuse to refund even after offering proof of poor quality and misleading advertising.
