I ordered from this company 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything from them? I’ve contacted them multiple times with zero response. Please avoid them at all cost.

I ordered 2 items from this business. Sent a message asking when the package was going to ship, got a response a day later saying it was going to ship the next day. I finally got a notification a week later saying it shipped. When the package from the business arrived, it was empty, only containing a tiny sticker, smaller than a fingernail, that i did not order. I have attempted to reach out multiple times for a refund or to get the things i actually ordered but have not received any response.
