Saw a product on TicTok not knowing that this item was coming from China, First red flag. I received an email week after the order that it was being shipped 1/15/25 today 2/21/25 it's still in "transit" somewhere. I called the number on ests-top.com 916-767-5272 no answer. Also sent an email but did not catch the email @[email protected] with no corresponds back. They have people all over TicTok promoting this product and its a scam.

I saw an ad for crystal coffee mugs that said they were on sale. I googled the mugs to see if they were safe for use and saw they were so I went ahead and ordered. I received coffee mugs made of plastic and they charged $217.00 to my Visa when the price shown to me was $149.00. Phone number is not in service and I assume so is there email address
